Artwork Requirements

Crystal Etch thanks you for your interest, and thanks you for the opportunity to serve your etching needs. Below, you will find the requirements necessary to provide you with a beautifully etched piece that you will treasure. Should you have any questions regarding the file formats preferred, or a question about your artwork, please do not hesitate to call us, and we will find the solution that is right for you.

Artwork and Set Up:

If possible, send large, clean artwork. Camera-ready art produces the best results, but we can work with art typically found on your business letterhead. Please convert any color images to black and white.

Things to avoid: Do not fold, staple, paper clip or tape artwork. Sorry, we ar eunable to use foil or empossed art. Artwork on business cards is typically too small for reproduction. Faxed artwork produces poor quality so please remember to email your artwork.

Please notify us at the time of order if fax approval of artwork is necessary.

Pricing:

Standard Etching Service

	Reverse deep etch (from the back of the glass). We will front etch if the piece is too difficult or not possible to be etched from the back.
	Etching prices are included in the retail price schedule, unless otherwise noted in the remark column of the price list. We can etch logos or text or combination of both up to the available etching area on the product. Prices include up to five (5) lines of text and logo if any.
	If more than five (5) lines of text are required for the item, a $15.00 typesetting charge will apply. Additional typesetting charges will apply if typesetting is different on every piece.
	Standard turnaround is fourteen (14) working days from the day after we receive your original artwork, and approval.

Special Services:

	Multi-sided etching is available at $15.00 extra per side.
	Color filling (gold or silver) on glass and marble products are $12.00 per piece.
	Rush service is available upon request. There is NO RUSH CHARGE. Please check with our customer service department to confirm the availability of rush service and turnaround time. There may be additional freight cost to expedite the order. Please ask our customer service department for an estimate of additional freight cost.
